Im assumminng that the 2 pack refers to the pillow case that comes with the pillow. There was only one pillow in the bag and it wasnt a great one. The pillow loses shape as soon as you lay on it. something that you would imagine to find in a disount store and pay $10 for. I was very disappointed the quality. The only reason it wasnt returned was because it had gotten stained the first night from dye in my hair. I wouldnt suggest this pillow to a pregnant mouse..... Horrid not worth the money in shipping or the 40 bucks to buy it......

There is only one pillow, which is unfortunate because you would have to stack at least three of these together to get something that resembles support. The wedge portion is laughable because the entire pillow compresses to about 1" in thickness. I spent the night tossing and turning, fantasizing about buying a sewing machine, making my own pillow and actually putting some stuffing in it. I had heard such good things about the brand and am shocked that this is what they would put out there for a body pillow.

Unfortunately, My Brest Friend 2 Pack 3-In 1 Body Pillow did not help me sleep on my side. It was not large enough to prevent me from flipping on to my back.

I love this support pillow... i am a back sleeper and it has made sleeping much easier for me bc even if i turn on my back, the wedge is there to keep me off of it. it isn't bulky too which was a huge plus! definitely would recommend!

I ordered this pillow thinking it would give me extra back support. It is way smaller than I thought it would be and not very supportive. If it was meant to be used while lying on your side it doesn't really do that well either. It's very tiny and flimsy.

I have used Bobbies and others. Now for my third child I have found this one and love it. This fits well around you without leaving gaps. Your baby will snuggle close to you and you can adjust it when baby gets older so that you can elevate the baby, give a bit more head up or however she prefers to nurse. The pillow snuggles right in and around you. PERFECT for rocking chairs.But also to just for lap use, like on a couch or such. I have one for upstairs and one for downstairs. It moves right in as the pictures shows. The baby is NOT laying off the pillow, as shown in the pictures, unless you want her to. I love that it doesn't show stains. I hate this nursing pillow. When I put my baby on my lap, on the pillow, the pillow wanted to slip forward constantly. The baby kept falling between me and the pillow. I am a small person and it doesn't stay in place. I would have liked the Boppy pillow better, since it goes around your belly. I wish I hadn't gotten this pillow and can't return it as I got it before the baby came. Now I have to donate it, hope the next person finds it useful. Waste of money.

Unlike the other nursing pillows that I found, this pillow is flat instead of contoured. This allows baby's head to lie flat at the same level as breast. Makes getting a good latch easy. I no longer have to rig towels or blankets under baby's head. Wish it was a little larger..other than that great.
